If you'd like to cancel your order, simply let us know within 72 hours of receiving your proof and we'll issue a full refund.
If we don't hear from you within 72 hours, we'll assume you're happy with the design and begin production so your order isn't unnecessarily delayed.
Because each personalized design is created specifically for you, changes or cancellations cannot be made once production has begun.
