Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.


Domestic Shipping

Dog Strong currently ships within the United States only.


Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

While we work to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes. Dog Strong is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Dog Strong is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Dog Strong is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
