We want you to feel good wearing Dog Strong.

If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

To start a return or exchange, please email contact@dog-strong.com with your order number and requested outcome. Do not use our contact form, we prefer our direct email so our correspondence does not get lost in spam. 

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to assist with an exchange when inventory is available. Dog Strong will send you a pre-paid return label. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the new item. 

We cannot guarantee availability of replacement items.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items once production has begun.
  • Items specifically designated as Final Sale by Dog Strong.

Promotional discounts, coupon codes, bundle discounts, or a product's displayed sale or compare-at price do not by themselves make an item Final Sale.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Dog Strong is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will make it right.
