When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a Track Your Order button. Clicking it takes you directly to your secure order status page — no account required.
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Dog Strong.
- Click the Track Your Order button or link.
- View your live USPS tracking status and estimated delivery.
🔒 Your secure order status page
Your tracking link opens a secure, private order status page unique to your order. It shows your order details, fulfillment status, and a live USPS tracking timeline — all without needing to log in.
❓ Can't find your email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Search for Dog Strong or orders@dog-strong.com.
- Look for your original order confirmation email — it also contains your order status link.
- Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll send it right over.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. USPS tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
