    Can I include more than one dog in my custom design?

    At this time, our personalized designs feature one dog per shirt. We know many families share life with more than one special companion, and multi-dog designs are something we're excited to offer in the future.

    — Where are you located and where do you ship?

    Dog Strong Ltd. is proudly located and shipped in the USA — Right now we ship within the United States.

    — When will I receive my order and will there be tracking?

    Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be a little longer during peak seasons.

    After your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

    — Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States. We also have a featured shirt bundle that qualifies for free shipping automatically.
    — How do Dog Strong shirts fit?

    Dog Strong shirts generally run true to size with a slightly tailored cut, offering a comfortable feel with a cleaner, slightly slimmer silhouette compared to traditional boxy heavy-cotton shirts.

    — What kind of shirts do you use?

    We want you to love wearing your Dog Strong shirt as much as you love what it represents.

    Our standard shirts are made from a premium 52% ring-spun cotton / 48% polyester blend. They're incredibly soft, lightweight, breathable, and designed for everyday comfort while holding their shape wash after wash.

    If you prefer a more traditional cotton feel, you can also select our 100% cotton option (+$3.00) before adding your item to your cart.

    100% Ring-Spun USA Cotton (+$3.00)

    • Available as an optional fabric upgrade
    • May require slightly longer processing time if special ordering is needed

    We offer both options because everyone has a favorite. Whether you choose our premium soft blend or 100% cotton, you'll receive the same Dog Strong design and quality you can feel.
    — What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
